If bad weather occurs during the excursion, the decision rests with the operator and the captain, who assess the conditions in real-time to ensure safety on board. In the event of a forced early return, a partial refund proportional to the unused service may be provided — specific conditions vary from operator to operator and are indicated at the time of booking.
How far in advance should I book?
You can check availability in real time directly on the platform and send your request in just a few clicks. The operator will receive it immediately on their private WhatsApp channel and will confirm the booking as soon as possible. During peak season (June-August), we recommend booking a few days in advance: the most requested boats go quickly.
Does the booking include a captain for the boat?
It depends on the chosen boat. Each boat clearly indicates in the listing whether the pilot is included or not, so you can choose based on your needs during the search.
Where is the boarding point?
The boarding point is indicated in the details of each boat and confirmed in the booking confirmation email. We recommend checking the instructions in advance and arriving a few minutes before the scheduled time.
